Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.
If you are having trouble uploading a new cover image for your playlist, we'd suggest first checking the image size. Spotify has a size limit for cover images, so make sure that the image you are trying to upload is under 4 MB in size and meets the other image requirements mentioned in this article.
It's also a good idea to try clearing your Spotify App's cache: Sometimes cache can interfere with uploading images. Steps for Mobile & Desktop App can be found here.
Note: if you're using our Spotify Web Player in your browser - clear your browser's cached files. Go to the three dot menu > Settings > Clear cached images and files.
Lastly, try with a different connection. If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to try it. It's important to check your connection. Even if your connection appears to be working fine, a weak or inconsistent connection can cause issues with uploading images.
Hope something here helps and does the trick for you 🙂 Reach out if you need more help.

Hi @Poori_AZ
Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!
Most likely your playlist covers get reported by another user and in turn they get taken down by our system.
We recommend not using any copyrighted images for your public playlist covers. If this keeps happening, you can copy the content of the playlist to a new playlist and share it on social media to regain followers.
All other information about this issue can be found in the email you've received.
Hope this helps.
It seems like you're experiencing an issue with changing the cover photo for one specific playlist on your music streaming platform. This could be a compatibility or cache problem with that particular playlist. To troubleshoot, you may want to try clearing the cache for the app or, if you're using PicsArt MOD APK for photo editing, ensure that the image you're trying to use meets the platform's requirements. If the problem persists, consider recreating the playlist or reaching out to their support for further assistance.

Well Said!
Are you experiencing issues changing the cover photo for one of your playlists? Don't worry; you're not alone! Sometimes, technical glitches can happen, but we're here to help you troubleshoot.
Firstly, have you tried using PicsArt or Remini to edit the photo you want to use as the cover? PicsArt offers a range of editing tools and effects, while Remini specializes in enhancing photo quality, which could potentially resolve any compatibility issues with the image.
Here's a suggestion: Try opening the photo you want to use as the cover in either PicsArt or Remini, make some minor edits or adjustments, and then save it. Once saved, try uploading it as the cover photo for your playlist again.
If you're still experiencing issues after trying this, it might be worth reaching out to the platform's support team for further assistance. They may be able to provide specific guidance or solutions tailored to your situation.
Hope this helps, and happy playlisting!
Best,
Shahzaib Hassan
I want to change my playlist cover photo. I try to place a drawing but it got removed several times within a few seconds. I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong with the image. I could change multiple other playlist images.. What on earth is happening here? Are we controlled by brainless robots? This is bad censorship Spotify?! Since you took away the visible heart (like button) and replaced it with something that was already there (3 grey dots/1 green dot), this is about the 10th negative exeprience with this platform in a few months, that seems to be very overpriced, in comparison what your competition is offering, and it seems almost worthless to make nice playlists now.... Tell me, what image do YOU want me to place? And which songs do YOU want me to listen too? Which platform do YOU want me to use to listen music and make Playlists with 'bangers' on the right spots?
By the way...what happend with the replies here? Seems 3 or 4 comments here are generated by the same 'bot'...
