Playlist offline

I'm very angry. for first my playlist should be automatically take all songs to available offline. And that's not happen. I don't know why. I pay every month.😡 I try delete app spotify and install again but nothing change. Maybe somebody know what I can do with that?? Please. If nothing change I never be back to that's stupid app. I have iPhone 5s.

Please take an look at my attachment below. Are you able enable your playlist for offline use?

If yes, does it start to download? Or does it just stays green, 'waiting to download'? Are you sure your iPhone is connected to an working, active network connection (like WiFi, 3G, 4G etc)?

Please let us know, so we can assist you with resolving your issue.
