Playlist on Roku and Smart TV not syncing?

Playlist on Roku and Smart TV not syncing?

Currently I have Spotify prem and I love it. However, my playlist don't seem to be syncing back to my Roku and Smart Tv App. When I add songs to my playlist via phone or computer app it seems to be fine and syncs between the two great. It just doesn’t seem to upate on either the Roku or Smart Tv. When I open the apps on either device the playlist currently cuts off in the exact same spot. There are about 100 songs its missing (and no they are not music i own but added from spotify). I've tried logging out and uninstalling and reinstalling - no luck. It seems as if the playlist aren't syncing back to the "cloud."

 

Also, I recently bought a new Tv and same issue. So I don't think its either of the 3 devices. 

 

Any recommendations?
