Repeating Audiobook, Counts Towards Listening Hours AGAIN

My Question or Issue

Recently, I fell asleep while listening to an audiobook. Naturally, I replayed this section (~2 hours total). Little did I know that replaying the section counted again for the very limited 15 hours. Therefore, I used about 4 hours total just to read a 2 hour section that I’ve already read.

I contacted customer service to see if this was a mistake, or if I could get 2 hours returned to me. Unfortunately, they further confirmed that repeating an audiobook counts again for the listening time. I guess I shouldn’t replay my audiobooks. Please fix this.

At least let us replay the audiobooks within the same billing month…
