Roku freezing

I have a prmium subscription sevice and usually it works fine with Roku but at times it is really choppy or freezes completely. Can someone help me figure this problem out?

Spotify needs to fix this. Users pay for their service and should be getting a quality product when they advertise Roku as a partner device. The app is slow, choppy, it freezes, and it's poorly designed. Smoother menus and bug fixes with the ability to VIEW MY FULL LIBRARY would be great
