Samsung m3 speaker

Samsung m3 speaker

Hi I have jus purchased a Samsung m3 multiroom speaker which I no has soptify connect enabled. When I first connected via the app on android it came up with the speaker in the device list and connected fine and was working ok for least two weeks. But now over the last few days it shows the speaker in device list but is failing to connect and stream music. I am having to turn the speaker on and off to get it working again and I was wondering if anyone was having the same problem? I am wondering if it is the app or the speaker which is at fault, any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated.

Usually when a device is not shown in the list, it means that there is a WiFi issue somewhere.

Some things to try:

  • Reboot your WiFi router
  • Reboot your Speaker
  • Turn off WiFi on your Andorid phone, and then turn it back on.

When the WiFi connection is correctly working between the router, the speaker, and the phone, then things should be working smoothly.

I have no solution but I can confirm the issue with 2 m7's
