Settings did not change when I upgraded to Premium

Settings did not change when I upgraded to Premium

Plan  Premium Individual

Free/Premium

Country  USA

 

Device  Mac Mini

(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System  MacOs Sonoma 14.5

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

 

My Question or Issue  Upgraded from Free to Premium Individual.  My settings panel did not change to include audio controls (Playback, etc.) The ads stopped, my account information shows Premium and has accepted my payment, I have logged out repeatedly. I'm hesitant to uninstall because I have created several playlists, added stuff to my Library and would prefer not to redo it if possible. Help, please?

Thanks for reaching out!

By the looks of things it seems you're using the desktop version of the app but, just to make sure you're aware of this - the Web Player in-browser version of the app will only show a limited amount of settings.

With this in mind, in case you're experiencing this on the desktop app as well, then going for a clean reinstall of the app may be the way to go. No worries though, this process will not remove any library items, as they are tied to your account and not the app itself 🙂
