Spotify Connect streaming poorly on my Naim HiFi

My Issue

I subscribed to Premium in order to be able to stream on my stereo through Spotify Connect. It is a huge disapointment as the streaming stops and stutters all the time.
I had exactly the same issue when I first bought the equipment 5 years ago and ended up unsuscribing.
The software in my device is updated. I have reset and restarted both the device, the router and the WiFi several times.
My device streams Tidal and web radios with no problem. I can also Chromecast.
So the problem really seems to be Spotify Connect.
It is a shame since I like the offer and use it happily on my phone, both through the mobile network and the Wifi. But I will discontinue my subscription if I cant stream satisfactorily on my HiFi.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

 

Please keep in mind that  device support for Spotify Connect might vary over time. You find a list of all currently supported models here.

 

If your device isn't listed, issues with Connect are expected behavior. In that case you can use another connection method such as Bluetooth or cable.

 

If the stuttering continues there as well, let us know the connection you're using, as well as the make, model, OS version and Spotify version of your streaming device and we'll happily take a closer look.

I don't see my device, or any other device from NAIM in the list.
Meanwhile, this is quite disapointing. Do you really suggest using Blue Tooth on an audiophile set up?
I was hoping Spotify would offer a fix for Connect, not connecting through a cable or Bluetooth! From other posts here it is quite obvious that Spotify Connect has connectivity issues on many devices, including supported ones. Your competitors seem to be doing a better job at providing "lossless" streaming on HiFi devices.

The reply I get from the manufacturer (NAIM) is that Spotify's list of supported devices is far from updated and that Spotify Connect is supported by their streaming devices.
I any case, as stated in my original post the problem seems to be with Connect since I have absolutely no problem streaming web radios or competing streaming services over my device.
Any help?
