Spotify connect on Sony SRS-X7

I have a Sony SRS-x7 WiFi speaker. I have previously used it with Spotify connect and controlled it from my computer (Windows 10) and phone (Android 6.0). But now, after I moved to a new apartment, neither my computer or phone finds the speaker. I know it is connected to my network as I can see it in my routers settings and all the other network services are working (TuneIn, Deezer).
I have been in contact with Sony and they could not help me, but will investigate further and get back to me. The speaker is running the latest software recommended by Sony (2.13.2.08).
I have tried to reset both my speaker and router. I have reinstalled the Spotify application on both my phone and computer. It doesn't work with a wired connection either.

What should I do to make it work?
