My Question or Issue

• Spotify can't load any if their sites/app on desktop. Also tried on mobile and the phone web site works fine but the moment I turn the "show desktop site" on, it gets stuck on infinite loading loop. I'm using mobile data for phone and my home internet on laptop.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide us the following:

• When did this start happening?
• Does this happen with different networks on desktop too? Please test this if you haven't already. You can use a hotspot from your phone if necessary.
• Does this affect all sections of the website equally? Including the webplayer and account page?
• Screenshots or a video of the behaviour
