Spotify offline on Samsung Gear is not working

My Question or Issue

 Dear Spotify Team, the offline feature does not work on the Gear Sport. It is terrible. I bought the watch especially for that. Apparently this problem exists since the app for Samsung gear exists and there is still no solution on your part?

From a playlist of 20 songs, only the first 3 are played (if at all). Often the app requires a new login, although I was logged in 3 seconds before (on WiFi, before I went outside the house).

Please take your customers seriously and finally take care of a solution.

I just got a gear sport, but the spotify app is not even available in the app store .Half the reasonI got this watch. Something is wrong.
