Spotify randomly plays a song I don't know saying I searched for it

As I listen, Spotify will randomly start playing this song:

It says I searched for it, but I've never heard of it, and my phone is screen is off when it jumps to it

This happens on mobile and desktop, and doesn't go away when I clear cache and reinstall the app.

It says that the song started playing from a search.

Can you start off by logging in on your Account page and going to ''Apps'' in the menu on the left side? 

There you can see all third party apps that are connected to your account and we'd recommend that you "Remove Access" for the apps that you don't recognize.

It's also a good idea to clear your cache with the steps here.
