Streaming Spotify on Google Home is not working as expected.

Most of the time I can't stream music over google home, because when google home is starting up the Spotify app, it is stuck at the welcome screen only showing the logo. Sometimes google home still successfully opens the Spotify app, but then the music stops playing after approx. 45 seconds. When I open the app on my phone, it still indicates that Spotify is connected to my Google Home device and is still streaming and playing music even though nothing is streamed. Having these issues for 2 weeks now. And I've tried restarting all google home devices without success.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide us the following:

• Does this happen with all devices when trying to control the Home device via Connect? If you haven't tested different devices, please do so.
• The exact makes, models and OS/Firmware versions of all your affected devices
• The exact Spotify Versions you use.
• Try connecting all devices to different networks, maybe even a hotspot created from your phone, and see if the issue persists.
• Screenshots or a video of the behaviour

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.
