Stuck on advertisement screen when I click on a song

When I click on a new song than the screen comes which says see an ad for 30 minutes of uninterrupted listening. But the screen is stuck and not the ad is playing or the song. Please help

We'd first suggest performing a clean reinstall of the app to see if that makes any difference. This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If that doesn't do the trick, could you let us know the make, model, OS version and the Spotify version currently running on the affected device? Also, do you notice the same behavior if you log in to the app using a different device?
