We tested this with both mentioned podcasts and an additional one and managed to embed all episodes without issue.
I believe the error here is that you're trying to embed the link of the entire podcast instead of an individual episode.
Notice how the link says "show" instead of "episode" 🙂
Everything should work well once you select the embed option and copy the link for an individual episode.

The show embed code worked on our client’s website to embed their Spotify podcast feed. The code would always show the latest episode. Some time in the last week or so, that code stopped working. You mention that the single-episode embed code works. True, but that would require updating every week and that’s impractical on a largely state website.
The code to embed the show worked well and is now broken. What changed?

I have the same problem. I embed podcast episodes on my website, and it stopped working. Please fix that.
Yeah, this is not a solution, and I'd like you to please escalate this because it's now been broken for several days.
I'm pointing out that the "embed podcast" function is broken, and you're saying the "embed episode" function is working.
Well, I want to embed the podcast (i.e. auto display the latest episode), and I'm using Spotify's code, and that code isn't working but it was working last week. So this is not solved.

Thanks for your reply and apologies for the confusion.
We've checked again and we also get the same error when generating the embed link. Since this doesn't happen with any of the other podcasts we've tested, we'd recommend reporting the issue to the folks over at Spotify for Podcasters through the link at the bottom of this page.

I did message Spotify Support at that link (https://support.spotify.com/ca-en/podcasters/contact-spotify-support/) and they said it's a problem that's been escalated, and that they have no more information on it or when it will be fixed. They were very friendly but that's not very useful news.
Maybe this should be placed on the "Ongoing Issues" page until it's resolved. I mean.. it's ongoing... and it's an issue...
