Hey there @PetjesNL

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community, and welcome 🙂

Would you mind sending over the OS version currently running on your watch?

It would also be helpful if you could include some photos of what you're seeing on your end. Just attach them to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor.

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Hey @PetjesNL

Thanks for getting back to us with this info.

We'd recommend making sure that the device has no pending system updates.

If you use an app on your phone to control the watch, you could also try reinstalling it to see if you notice anything new.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi @PetjesNL

Thanks for your reply!

Could you try sending a video where we can take a better look at what you're seeing from your end?

It will help us investigate further.

Hi @PetjesNL

Thanks for getting back to us with this info.

Currently, it's expected that you're unable to connect to these speakers or receivers using your watch.

We appreciate you taking the time to try everything we suggested and to share your feedback with us. We'll make sure to pass it onto the right folks as it helps inform our decisions going forward.

If anything else comes up, you know where to find us.

Cheers.

Hello to all,

**bleep** the watch & selecting tracks to play (& even downloading them to the watch) was OK but when I selected the watch as playback device, all I got was this ominous, um, watchface (see attachment) with the current Bluetooth status, a Bluetooth device search option, and a switch regarding how to handle audio calls on the watch.

There aren't any system updates pending on the watch.

Best regards,
