Video podcasts not working at all

My Question or Issue

Hey guys,

So i am from India and i had purchased spotify premium family plan a few months ago. I really love the podcasts on here but there is just one big problem. i.e i cant get video on any single podcast to work not on my phone as well as my computer. i have tried everything from cache clear to clean install. Can someone please help me out here as some of my favourite pods are on here but i am unable to get video feed from them.

Can you try logging in with a different account on your phone and PC and check if you can watch the Video podcasts like this? It can be a free account or you can ask a friend/ family member to log in with theirs.

This will help us check if the issue is related to your account or something else.
