WIFI Problems with Spotify saying I'm offline

When I connect to the WIFI in my gym my Spotify won't play because it says I'm offline, if I turn the WIFI off and use my 4g it then goes online, it is fine on my home WIFI, any ideas?

Thanks for bringing this up to our attention. 

Is it possible you may ask if they have any restriction on their WiFi? Also, we think there's a chance that there's to many people connected to the same network and that's why Spotify doesn't get what's needed to start streaming.
