Web Player - Pause During Playback and Skipping to Next Track

Hi Spotify Community,

 

I am a Spotify Premium member using the Web Player with Chrome Version 47.0.2526.111 m (Incognito Mode).

 

During playback the track will often "pause" for several seconds mostly it will resume from the same point of the track however occasionally it will skip to the next track in the queue. The frequency appears to be random in that sometimes I can go for a few hours without issue and sometimes it will occur every track making the player almost unusable. It does not appear to be repeatable nor related to any specific track.

 

Using the Chrome console viewer I can see the following warning event being generated approximately once for each track when the error occurs however the playback can sometimes pause multiple times during a track.

If you log in to the app from a different device, does the same happen?

It's worth a shot resetting your network router.

Have you already tried clearing your browser's cache/cookies?

Is this happening on a home or work network?

Please read the thread I linked. There is already everything, even a "log" from google chrome.

I have a Cable Internet access (Coaxial - Fiber To The Last Amplifier) Down 100M / Up 5M. My connexion seems to works perfectly with all other services (Deezer, Youtube, ...). I'm connected in ethernet to the router.

Thank you for taking care of my problem. That said it don't have to take a month for someone from Spotify to start looking at it.

I forgot to mention it's a home connexion.
