Web player pays 9 seconds and changes to next music

My Question or Issue

[EN] In my work pc I can't install the application so I need to use Web Player. However the web player plays only 9 seconds and changes to next song. I tried to turn off the VPN and the problem continue.

[PT] No PC do meu trabalho  eu não consigo instalar o aplicativo, por isso uso o web player. Porém o web player toca apenas 9 segundos e troca para a próxima música. Eu tentei desligar o VPN, porém o problema continua.
