First error when trying to play a track:

POST https://guc3-spclient.spotify.com/connect-state/v1/player/command/from/ecb4…955b860…/to/ecb47b0… 404 (Not Found)

Second error:

vendor~web-player.a789a37c.js:1 Uncaught (in promise) PlayerAPIClientError: No such device.
at Ro._awaitResponseWithAck (vendor~web-player.a789a37c.js:1:559609)


Already restarted and cleared cache/cookies. What's going on?

Thanks for reaching out.

When did this issue occur? We had some downtime not long ago so it's possible that was the cause. If the issue persists, can you let us know what exactly you tried and when the error occurred? Does it happen with only some content or all content?

Consider also testing out if the same happens on different browsers, different devices and different networks if you haven't already.

Es la primera ves, nose como slucionarlo, reinstale, instale, borre, reinicie pc todo
Solo funciona asi en la APP de pc, alguna solucion ?

Thanks for posting in the thread! Hope you don't mind us replying in English, as it's the official language on the Community.

We had a look at the images you included, and as this error message doesn't seem to come directly from the Spotify app but from the device itself, it's worth checking the firewall on your PC to make sure Spotify is "whitelisted". You can disable any antivirus software temporarily to see if that helps as well - if it does, make sure to set Spotify as an exception.

You can also check if you notice any difference using another internet connection. For example, if you're currently using WiFi, you can try creating a hotspot on your phone and connect your PC there.
