When I choose an option in picture-in-picture it slows down my podcast.

My Question or Issue

I play my podcasts at 1.5 speed. Whenever I leave the app and it goes to picture-in-picture, if I take an action from there, it slows down the speed.

Repro: I play podcast at 1.5 speed. I exit Spotify app and it goes to picture-in-picture. I hit jump 10 seconds option. Podcast slows to (I think) 0.5 speed. I have to go back into the app to reset the playback speed.

To begin with, we recommend running a clear reinstall of the Spotify app with these steps. You won't lose any content, you will just need to download your offline music again. If that doesn't fix the issue, let us know if this happens with every podcast or any specific one. Also, if you haven't tried, log in with your account from a different device and check if it also happens there. 

Lastly, if the issue persists, send over a video or recording of the situation. We'll take a look.
