I can't seem to find any answers about this online but why does Spotify feature all of Rebecca Black's music except "My Moment (2011)?

Content availability on Spotify may vary depending on several factors like location and permission from rights holders. 

As much as we'd like to have every artist's full discography available for streaming, that's not always possible. Since there can be different rights holders to certain songs or albums, some content may become unavailable, like in this case.
