Won't let me save albums

For a while now, I have been unable to save albumns.  I don't have anywhere near the 10,000 limit.  At the moment, I don't pay but can't find anywhere where there is a limit (and if there is, it's stupidly small).  Can anyone help? When I click on the heart, or on the drop down menu to save, it doesn't do anything at all.

On which device are you experiencing this issue?

Are you getting error messages while trying to save the album?

Thank you for replying. No error message. It's a chrome book. I'll try on
my Mac. Didn't think it may be the laptop.

Are you sure that you've under 10000 songs saved?

Because the limit is 10.000 songs not 10.000 albums. ^^

Yeo. Definitely under 10,000. In fact, I've just deleted a load and there are now only about 600 songs and I'm still having the same issue ☹️

Hmm, that's weird.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
