[Xbox One] Issues with Spotify App

Hi,

1) Schwarze SUVs by Paula Hartmann breaks after a Minute and Skips.

2) Make you Mine by Madison Beer Breaks the App completely. The overlay shifts, the Video Breaks continuosly and usually the album cover doesnt go away for all time after the Video played; also titles and other information does not get updated.

Happens in Video Mode on Spotify for Xbox One.

Have you noticed this behavior with other songs that have video or just these two? Could you try reinstalling the app to see if that helps? It's also worth checking if switching to a different network has any effect on this. You can create a mobile hotspot from your phone and connect your Xbox to it. If you're using a VPN, I suggest toggling it off as well.

If the issue persists, please share the following:

• a short video which captures the described behavior in action
• the songs which the issue this with
• the version of Spotify you're running
