all my music is gone after logging out then back in

all my music is gone after logging out then back in

Got 30 day trial a week ago/got a bunch of music in my phone now and happen to log out and when I logged back in everything is gone and keeps telling me I got to get premium or get Spotify to use it....? Wtf its like I never used it before I'm pissed....what now ?

Hey @user-removed! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

 

What happened: You most likely logged into an additional account you didn’t know you have. Don’t worry; unless you’ve applied a payment method to it at some point, this account is not costing you anything.

What to do: To get to the account you’re used to, log out of the “empty” account and log in again but, this time, use just your Spotify username, not your email address.

What happened: You most likely logged into an additional account you didn’t know you have. Don’t worry; unless you’ve applied a payment method to it at some point, this account is not costing you anything.

What to do: To get to the account you’re used to, log out of the “empty” account and log in again but, this time, use just your Spotify username, not your email address.
