in my podcast (midnight self talks) I don't know how to put subcategory like self help

I have a podcast(midnight self-talks) but I don't know how to put sub-categories like self-help 

when I got to the setting it only shows categories like education etc but not a self-help

To add a podcast category, you'll need to head below your podcast's description. There, you'll now see your podcast's categories listed.

When you submit your show to Spotify through Spotify for Podcasters, you can choose up to three categories for your podcast in the <itunes:categories> field in your RSS feed. If you’re using a hosting service, you’ll need to edit the categories there. You can find more info here.

However, if the issue persists, the best course of action would be to directly ask Spotify for podcasters' support. You can open a ticket here, and they will take a look for you!
