My Question or Issue

'made for you' playlists list as 0 songs. Other playlists work fine as do podcasts. I've signed out, in, reinstalled the app, reset my phone, cleared the garmin sign in from Spotify and tried another premium account and the fault persisted on the watch. Garmin has suggested have suggested i contact spotify. Any other ideas? Currently using yt music but it's just not the same.

I’m having exactly the same issue with the “Mase for You” playlists. In my case, I have an iPhone and a Garmin Fenix 7X Pro. The playlist appears empty when trying to sync from the watch.

Hey there folks,

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community.

Just to confirm, if you copy the songs from the Made for you playlist to a new one, do they appear? It'd be helpful, if you could check. On the desktop app, you can do this easily by going to the playlist > Ctrl + A > dragging the songs to a new playlist.

On another note, we'd like to know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update. That being said, it's also worth checking if the OS of your watch has any pending updates.

Keep us posted.

Copying it to a new playlist works, but new playlists require you to uninstall and reinstall, otherwise they also appear empty.

It still doesn't work

Hey folks,

Thanks for testing!

In order to investigate further, could you share the following info:

  • the model and OS version of your watch and phone
  • the exact version of Spotify you're running on both devices
  • a photo which captures how things look on your end

We'll be on the lookout for your replies 👍
