mi hermana no puede ingresar a su cuenta

buen día, mi hermana usa con frecuencia spotify pero desde hace aprox una semana no está pudiendo ingresar a su cuenta para utilizar la app 

le salta como que su Gmail esta en uso cando intenta crear una cuenta nueva, pero cuando intenta acceder a su sesión no le toma el Gmail (independientemente de la contraseña) 

sí saben cómo ayudar o con quien de spotify comunicarme me ayudarían un montón.

Just to check, does your sister receive a password reset email when she fills in her email address on this page? If she doesn't see the email, It's also worth checking the inbox spam folders.

Should the issue persist, could she let us know if she's receiving any specific error messages when she tries to log in? If possible, feel free to include a screenshot of it, just make sure it doesn't include any personal info.
