my spotify is acting so weird?

My Question or Issue

there’s a lot of problems. first of all, it thinks i’m in a car. all the time. i turned off car view permanently, but the screen doesn’t turn off automatically? second of all, for some reason i can’t add “pov” by ariana grande to my playlist? literally every other song but that one. third of all, songs are taking a much longer time to download than usual, idk why but it’s annoying. i’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and none of these problems have been fixed. any help?

Thanks for the post!

We'd recommend you run a clean reinstall of the app, following this Guide. It's a bit different than a normal reinstallation. This solves most common issues related to corrupted app data.

Regarding the song - can you play the song at all when it's not added to a playlist? It would be great if you send us a link/URI so we can check it's availability 🙂
