Meu filho já usava a conta Duo comigo. eu tive problemas com a conta e regularizei, fui dar acesso para ele e não esta sendo permitido, pois ele já tinha acesso anterior e antes de um ano não pode entrar. Outro problema, não consigo acessar o spotify for podecasters

From what you explained it sounds like your son has already switched Duo/Family plans recently. Note that plan members can only do so once every 12 months. What he can do is join back the last plan he was part of (if possible) or start his own subscription.

When it comes to accessing Spotify for Podcasters, I recommend reaching out to the relevant team by heading here and selecting Contact us located at the bottom of the webpage.
