My Question or Issue

Spotify Connect + Alexa has always had major issues and is unreliable. As you can see in the screenshot, it is giving error "Connect to WiFi and wake device". This is a known issue and spotify moderators closed the message without getting to a conclusion. Hey @akorhan,

 

Thanks for starting a new thread about this issue.

 

Do you see the message only when you try to connect from your iPhone? If possible, try on a different device and let us know the exact version of the Spotify app you're currently running on the affected devices.

 

I'm assuming you've already tried resetting the devices and setting up the Living Room group from scratch? If not, give it a go and let us know if anything changes.
