My Question or Issue
For days I can not play music because webs player are activated. The web play appears and disappears in the list of devices. Each web player is displayed with a different browser (Chrome and Firefox).
Thinking that it is my account, I made the following steps:
1) disconnect the session
2) disconnect all connected devices
3) Change Facebook password
4) Start in a single device
After performing all these steps, the web player continues to appear. The web player plays a list of music that is not mine.
Account hack ?, what happens?

Hey @trikarai
Have you tried following the steps of the article I posted earlier? 🙂
If Facebook is only connected to your Spotify account and you didn't make your account with Facebook, you should change the password on both Facebook and your Spotify account, and then hit the 'sign out everywhere' in Spotify account.
Also, change the password for the email account you're using.
Make sure the passwords you're using are very strong, 10+ digits, symbols, numbers, upper- and lowercase letters are all necessary.
Let me know how it goes!
Hey @magicart
I suggest following the steps in this article.
If you're using Facebook to log in, I strongly suggest using the 2-factor authentication.
Let me know how it goes 🙂
Hi Sebasty
Thanks for the idea.
I activated the 2-step facebook security, so I tried the mobile.
When I entered Spotify using facebook with 2 security steps, a web player with an unknown playlist was activated immediately
I do not see a solution. 1) I closed all sessions, 2) changed password, 3) facebook with 2 verification steps, 4) access verified by password and SMS ... and the web player appears reproducing things!
The connected devices: web player (browser) appear and disappear ... that is, they are not always in the device lists
Is your Spotify account made with Facebook or is Facebook just connected to your account after making it?
i have same problem, and it's annoying.

Yes I did all those steps.
Maybe the problem start with the last facebook's hack. So, FOR ALL READERS, it will be a good practice unlink facebook and spotify or use facebook with two step-security
