unable to change the artist header image

Unable to change the artist header image because of some sort of glitch. The save button is behind something so i can't press it

I'd recommend reaching out to the Spotify for Artists Support Team here, since they have the necessary tools to check and report this further. The more reports they get, the easier it'd be to have this looked into.

But they dont know anything. I've been in touch with them three times, and they all claim that changing a header image takes 72 hours, which is completely wrong. That applies to avatar, not headers. The so called "support team" are totally useless.

Was just told “Moreover we are currently facing a live issue globally” by support. Seems like they see it now

72 hours is for avatars, not for headers. I've changed a million (well, a lot of) headers in my days, and they normally change right away. So that thing about 72 hours is just cr*p the so called support team says just to get rid of problems they don't know how to solve. You can tell from chatting with them that they have about as much knowledge of Spotify for Artists as Your average fork lift driver. They 're just reading from som kind of manual. I've had more relevant advice from my toaster regarding this issue.

I'm having the exact same issue. It's a spotify problem. Tried on every browser, 72 hours later still the same. It reverts back the old image header immediately. Even when I try to click remove header. It comes back.

I have the same issue! It won’t save in preview, and it will just not stick, also after 72 hours.

same problem, just goes back to the old header and pfp when I refresh or reopen, hopefully it gets fixed soon
