unable to play john sinclair

My Question or Issue

i can't play songs from john sinclair on all my devices including webplayer.

i have tried: reinstalling, loggig out and in again.

however i can download the songs to listen offline but they won't play.

error message: spotify can't play this rigth now. if you have the file on your computer you can import it.
