Hi there @Asish9,
Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community.
We first suggest that you make sure your browsers are up-to-date. Reinstalling the browsers may be necessary, but keep in mind that you may lose some data.
It's also a good idea to enable full functionality on the site settings. Check the settings of your browser to make sure everything looks alright and enabled, and nothing is blocked such as ads, pop-ups and redirects etc.
If that doesn't do the trick we recommend that you make sure to check out any firewall settings so that Spotify is allowed as well.
Lastly, try switching network connections and see if that helps, and restart the router.
Let us know how it goes 🙂
Take care!
I have installed cloudready/neverware on a Dell Optiplex 9020 sff desktop computer. When I try to play songs from Spotify Premium in the web player they stop after 10 seconds, sponsored podcast content will play without problems. I have checked chrome settings and they allow playing of protected content. The palyer also seems to skip rapidly thru several song when I select one fpr playback and then plays a different song for 10 seconds. I have tried google name servers, it does not make any difference.
Hey there @olesnh,
Thanks for getting back to us and letting us know that.
Could you try using a different internet connection to check if that makes any difference?
On another note, would you mind sending us a screen recording of the issue happening so we can take a closer look? You can send a link to it or attach it using the Insert Videos option in the post editor, just make sure to exclude any personal info.
We'll be on the lookout.
Hello all,
