Hi,
So, I'm currently on the Philippines and I subscribed for Spotify Family so I'm the Plan Manager. But I'm soon going to Australia for 6 months, will I still be able to access my spotify account?
How about the payment? My credit card is on the Philippines so I still want it to be charged in pesos.

Since you're going to be away only for a few months, you can keep your subscription as it is without needing to change anything. One of the benefits of Premium subscriptions is that you still can use your Premium account in other countries.
Just take into account that if for any reason your subscription is canceled, it won't be possible to activate it again unless you use an Australian payment method.

No worries. You can still log in to your account when you travel and enjoy your favorite jams.
Once you are in Australia, you can give these steps a go and update your payment details. You'll need to choose a payment method that's issued in the new country.
Keep in mind that the Premium Family is a discount plan for up to 6 family members who live together.

But as I've said, I don't want to change any payment details because I don't have any cards or accounts in Australia. So, I want it to keep charging me in pesos.

Currently there is no option to pay with a payment method that isn't issued in the same country. The payment method should match the country, in order to avoid potential issues.
Once you are in Australia, you can head here to check which payment methods are available where you are.

Sadly I don't have any of those payment methods because I'll be gone for only 6 months.
And considering the Family Plan there is 8 times more than in the PH, might as well just cancel the plan and change to something else.
