My Question or Issue

 My son has had a spotify premium account for nearly a year now and today we changed his plan from Spotify Premium to the family pack. His account was made in Dublin where we live but we are now on holidays in Poland and I made my account here. I cannot connect my account to the family bundle as it says that we have to live under the same address, the thing is that we do. Is there a way to overcome this problem or contact spotify to prove that we live under the same roof ?

Hey @PD79,

 

Unfortunately, you'll need to wait until you're back at home. He shouldn't have any issues joining when he's at home 🙂
