Adding family members

I can't seem to add any other members. They keep getting an invalid message and I myself added them and put the information in for them and at this point I don't have a clue on how to get it to work. It worked for the first member but not the second. Need help preferable from a Spotify support person.

Let's try accepting the Premium for Family invites using a different browser or an incognito window.

If you're getting an error message, a screenshot of what you see on your end would really help.
