Aile icin premium davet ise yaramiyor

Merhabalar. Aile icin premium kullanmaktayiz fakat aileye 3. bir kisi eklendiginde diger 2 kisi atildi ve tekrar davet gonderip  adresi harfi harfine ayni yazdigimizda bile kabul etmiyor. Bunu nasil halledebiliriz ?

Do they have any trouble joining your plan using an incognito window? What about with a different device? If so, ask them to reach out to us here with their account info.
