Amazon Alexa and Spotify Family plan

So my family recently got an Amazon Alexa. So I invited them to my family plan, but not before at first linking me to it. Couldnt listen to my own music, so repaired it to their Spotify. Was working right for (very) small amount of time. Alexa then unpaired my family to repair with mine. According to the Alexa though, and their phones they're on their own. Any reason then it wont work correctly?

All the accounts can use spotify premium without a problem?

So it's only Alexa you have a problem with?
