My Question or Issue

 

Even though I was a family member before the family plan ended I was invited back but it doesn’t let me join it keeps telling me that I have to wait 12 months which sounds absurdly unreal. I thought that since I was a family member before I should be able to join back normally with no problem.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

The members of a Family and Duo plan can only switch Family plans once a year. However, you should be able to rejoin if it's the same plan you just left. We'd suggest making sure the plan manager is the same user, and they haven't changed accounts. Bear in mind that if the Family plan is the same, but the plan manager changed, you might not be able to join.

 

Lastly, if you're completely sure the plan and the plan manager are the same as last time, you can contact our Support team, and they'll check if there are any restrictions in your account. Let us know if you have any questions.

My Question or Issue

I have an issue, I was part of a family plan that ended today, 12 months ago. We used the yearly option, but now I’m trying to re-join the newly paid plan, and it won’t let me. It shows this message, which doesn’t make sense since it’s a yearly plan.

 

I’m not sure what to do or how to contact support.
