Can't log into family account

My Question or Issue

Till yesterday I could use my family account, but since yesterday I'm not able to log in. Everytime I get the invitation email and I type in my address I tells me that its not working and I need to do it again

Literally having the exact same problem. I didn't see the emails warning about terms and conditions update as my account is linked to an old email address. Now I've been removed from my family plan and can't rejoin. Is there someone I can contact about this? Screenshot attached.

A week ago (I don't remember) I received an email and I needed to confirm my postcode. I did and now a week or so after that I got kicked out and are now unable to join.
