Cannot add my children to Premium Family

Cannot add my children to Premium Family

My children and I moved house where the main account holder is my husband. He sent the invite to the three of us. My invite link worked, but neither of my children could join. You could easily check the previous address my children and I shared and the new address where all four of us currently live. What do I do?

Hey @SW1W, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Do your children get an error message when they attempt to join the Family plan? Please make sure that the address that they are entering matches the address listed on the plan’s manager’s account. You can double-check these settings by looking at the account owner’s address (in this case your husband). 

 

If the addresses are the exact same, they can try using an address that is slightly different from what is provided by Google when verifying your address. Your husband can also send another invite to your children to see if that makes a difference. 

 

If there are any messages being displayed, a screenshot of that would be very helpful so I can take a look.
