Confirmation

Spotify is asking for a confirmation because someone wants to add me to his family premium and i’ve filled in the required information but it keeps on saying “oops something went wrong, please try again.” 

What should I do? And what is the purpose of the invite code?

All my family member get the message that something went wrong after entering the personal and adress information. It simply does not work. We tried all browsers - Chrome, Safari, Firefox. Mobile or PC. We even tried different typings of the names. We tried smartphone, tablet and PC. Nothing worked.

So Spotify apparently is willing to kick the family accounts out of business. What a pity. It worked well for some time but now its over. No one from Spotify even tried to help all the peaple with this problem. It's a shame.
