Error inviting a family member

Error inviting a family member

Hello!! I pay the family premium plan. My brother received the email requesting to confirm the address but he didn’t see it. Now when I invited him to join again the plan, the message says he can’t join it until 12 months passed. Or join it to another one plan.


Please let us know how can we update this ?!

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community! 

 

If a plan member missed the 7 day window for address verification they'll lose access to the Premium features and their account will switch to free. If your brother hasn't noticed the email, we'd recommend that you try reaching out to our Customer Support folks via one of the channels here.  They might be able to take a closer look into the matter and check your brother's account. 

 

As much as we'd like to help you further, we can't make any account related actions here in the Community as we don't have access to the necessary tools.
