My Question or Issue

 

I recently started a family premium account with my partner. We just moved into a new place together. We both had premium accounts through our mobile service provider. That subscription was cancelled, which is why I started the family subscription.

 

I don't have any problems with the subscription, however my partner is. She was able to accept the inviation and both of our individual accounts are the same address. Her subscription is acting like a free account even though when she goes to her profile it says "Premium"

 

We have tried logging out everywhere, uninviting and reinviting, but still have had no sucess. 

 

Please help!!

That doesn't sound cool.

Have you tried to use her username instead of her email address in the login process?

Solved: We had to delete and reinstall the app. Also signed in with username instead of email.
