Family Premium

Family Premium

I’ve just upgraded to Family Premium from Premium and sent out my invites but it still states that we are only Premium and we keep knocking each other off the site.  How long does it take to upgrade?  Do I have to wait for my monthly renewal date?

Hey @Rabyfam, welcome to the Community!

 

It sounds like you're inviting the owner of the plan. Make sure your family members have their own accounts set up. They can sign up here.

 

Once they have their accounts set up, you can reinvite them. They shouldn't have any trouble joining the plan while being logged into their own accounts.
