Family acount kids on two addresses

I have my kids every Otter week and they arr written on their fathers address because of school.

The live with me halftime.., so his premium just got back to free version.

How does it work when they live with my half of the time? And how can I make sure that they live on my address too?

Hi @missMadDog,

Welcome to the community!

I will do my best to help you here 🙂

As you mention that your children are at their Father's house around 50% of the time it could be that the account has detected it is not connecting to your network as often as it would like. Again, I will emphasis that this is just a thought.

You may wish to invite them to the plan again and see how that goes.

For information on the Family plan T&cs please see here:

https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/#s1

In addition, can you let me know how long you have had this particular family plan for and for how long this has been happening?

Hi

That’s correct. About 50% of the time they are here.

We have had it for I think 2 months, but he got thrown out almost right away. I sent him two more invitations, but it only say that he cant conect to my family

Hey @missMadDog,

Your kids shouldn't have any trouble joining the plan if they live at the same address, even if it's not full time.

Can you please tell your kids to try accepting the invite again using an incognito window? If they run into any trouble doing that, they'll need to reach out to Spotify's support team via one of the below ways:

Contact form: https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SpotifyCares/
Twitter: https://twitter.com/spotifycares

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
