Hello,
I am having issues while connecting my family member. She is trying to add herself via the invitation email, but the system won't allow her to add to the family subscription even though she definitely puts a correct address. What should I do?

Same issue. I can not join my husbands plan while his friend, who isn't family, can join. Ridiculous!
My daugther and my wife can not join and they definitely live at the same address. This family account is really a joke and the Spotify Service, too.

The address validation process seems strange.
Hey everyone - I was able to solve this by working with the @spotifycares twitter feed. I tweeted at them to ask them the question and then they asked me to direct message with them and led me through the resolution. It was pretty quick to resolve but they have to do stuff on the back end so you have to contact them. Good luck!
